This is an exciting opportunity to join Rise Technical Recruitment within our growing Education division, where you'll receive industry-leading training and development to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant. The Role:

* Full training to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant within Rise Education
* Learn sales, negotiation, influencing and business development
* Develop relationships with colleges, universities and specialist training providers across the UK
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and develop your own specialist client base
* Source, interview and represent high-quality candidates
* Understand what genuinely motivates people and help them make the right career move
* Manage the complete recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
* Become an expert within your specialist market
* Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential
* Continuous training, coaching and career development
