HR Operations Assistant (FTC 12 Months) Professional Services, Hybrid Working, Bristol

We’re recruiting on behalf of a professional services organisation in Bristol who are seeking an HR Operations Assistant to join their HR shared services team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, shared services environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience.

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Preparing HR documentation and maintaining employee records.
• Managing HR system updates and ensuring data accuracy.
• Supporting absence management, family leave and flexible working processes.
• Handling HR queries and providing first-line HR support.
• Working closely with Payroll and wider HR teams to deliver an efficient HR service.

• Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role.
• Experience with in a professional services environment.
• Exposure to a shared services HR model.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident using HR systems and handling confidential information.
