Overview
Service Desk Analyst - Bristol
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high-profile North Bristol based company who are looking to expand their Service Desk team which provides first class support to over 400 employees.
This is a busy and varied role providing technical support on a variety of systems, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support on a variety of systems
- Answer support queries onsite, by phone or email
- Previous experience of working on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk in a 1st Line or 2nd Line role
- Experience of logging calls through a call logging system
- Active Directory, MS 365 Administration, Windows OS support
- Hardware knowledge, laptops, desktops, monitors etc.
- Basic Networking - DNS/DHCP, VPN issues, IP configuration
- Excellent customer service skills
This role is based on-site five days a week in North Bristol with excellent transport links.
This role is covering a shift pattern between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm.
