We are seeking an experienced Service Now Solutions Architect to lead the architectural design and solution strategy for a major Service Now implementation spanning IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role will ensure that the platform is designed and configured to meet business requirements, align with best practices, and support long‑term scalability.

• Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for Service Now implementations across ITSM, CSM, and related modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant Service Now platform designs.
• Define architectural standards, integration patterns, and design principles for Service Now.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural direction.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and map them to Service Now capabilities.
• Oversee and guide configuration, customization, scripting, and integration activities.
• Ensure solutions follow Service Now best practices and meet security and compliance requirements.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural diagrams.
• Collaborate with project managers to support planning, delivery timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Review and validate technical deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support testing, UAT, go‑live planning, and post‑implementation enhancements.

• Strong experience as a Service Now Solutions Architect, Lead Consultant, or Technical Architect.
• Hands‑on expertise across Service Now ITSM and CSM modules.
• Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex, multi‑module Service Now solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation and architectural designs.
• Experience guiding developers, reviewing technical work, and enforcing platform standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

• Service Now certifications such as:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, CSM, or others)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working toward it
• Knowledge of Service Now ITOM, HRSD, or other modules.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, or integration hubs.
• Background in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience in large‑scale digital transformation or multi‑instance Service Now environments.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
