Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum Events
:
Lead all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are efficient, outcome‑driven, and adapted to complex SAR engineering contexts. - Support Product Ownership
:
Partner with Product Owners to maximise backlog value, balancing technical constraints, R&D uncertainty, and operational requirements. - Champion Agile & Scrum
:
Promote Scrum principles and an agile mindset within deep‑tech, systems engineering teams. - Remove Impediments
:
Identify and remove impediments across hardware, software, integration, and external dependencies. - Enable High‑Performance Teams
:
Foster collaboration between radar engineers, software developers, data scientists, and systems engineers. - Transparency & Metrics
:
Ensure transparency through agile artefacts and tools, using metrics and feedback loops to improve delivery, quality, and predictability. - Continuous Improvement
:
Drive improvement initiatives at team and programme level, using retrospectives and data to inform change. - Mentorship & Community
:
Mentor other Scrum Masters and actively contribute to TEKEVER’s Agile Community of Practice.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
, ideally in deep‑tech environments involving hardware + software development. - Strong understanding of agile delivery in R&D‑heavy and systems engineering contexts.
- Proven ability to work with complex dependencies, long feedback loops, and regulated environments.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Experience with scaling approaches (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Scrum Master or advanced agile certifications are valued.
