MarTech Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing Technology team as a Mar Tech Developer. We have a wide-ranging client list, working with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the UK across utilities, gaming, publishing, retail and consumer packaged goods, leisure, financial services and beyond.

• Support a lead developer in delivering high‑quality solutions, helping with implementation, troubleshooting, and keeping projects moving smoothly from concept to launch.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Take ownership of work, maintain a proactive and adaptable approach, collaborate across teams, and build trust.
• Apply a solid understanding of Mar Tech tools, including CDPs and CEPs, and how they support data‑driven marketing, personalization, and cross‑channel orchestration.

• Implement end‑to‑end testing and document findings through detailed test plans.
• Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure project development is fit for purpose and remove bugs before deployment.
• Anticipate technical issues and risks, highlight and mitigate them.

• Partner with client IT teams and adhere to their IT policy and processes.
• Address support requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in workshops and meetings: discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
• Identify, scope and secure opportunities for CACI to deliver additional projects.

• Strong listener who can understand client requirements and ask probing questions.
• Pragmatic, implementing the right solution without excessive custom development.
• Team player who shares knowledge.
• 2–3 years of experience implementing a CEP or CDP.
