• Design a comprehensive AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from multiple channels.
• Develop a scalable architecture to integrate multiple data sources such as Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes.
• Utilise AI tools to identify key themes, trends, and sentiments from collected data.
• Implement both automatic and manual data capture methods to ensure a centralised, secure data repository.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution aligns with strategic objectives.
• Support the creation of actionable dashboards and visualisations for reporting and analysis.

• Proven experience with Salesforce integration and BI tools.
• Familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis platforms.
• Experience designing and managing dashboards for advanced data visualisation.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and scalable architectures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or equivalent AI/ML platforms.
