Are you an experienced Digital Project Manager with a passion for driving digital transformation in healthcare? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team in Aylesford on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on in sourcing and outsourcing projects. Your understanding of digital change and your experience in benefits realisation will be crucial in determining project success.



Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage digital transformation projects within the mental healthcare sector

Drive initiatives to improve digital maturity across clinical services

Engage with third-party suppliers and manage relationships effectively

Apply benefits realisation principles to ensure project outcomes align with strategic goals

Manage projects at various levels, ensuring successful delivery against timelines and budgets

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in mental healthcare project management
• Strong background in digital project management, ideally within healthcare
• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, including in sourcing and outsourcing models
• Demonstrated experience in benefits realisation and performance measurement
• Experience engaging third-party suppliers and fostering collaborative working relationships
• Proven ability to improve the digital maturity of clinical services
