Position: Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning)

🏗️ About the role

We are looking for super-talented frontend engineers to help us build the front-end of our products extremely fast. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense, and fast-moving engineering team in London.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing our user interface. Chat is great for catching a long tail end distribution of tasks. But for most tasks, it is non-optimal. There are many open-ended questions about what UX to build for AI products. Now is the most exciting moment in 20 years to be building frontend, because none of these products and UI/UX interfaces existed 18 months ago, and still don’t.

Building state-of-the-art AI systems is one thing. But without a clean, intuitive, human-centric user interface, it won’t be adopted. You’ll be helping us plan, build, and iterate on our front-end UX.
  • Building across the stack. You won’t be confined to front-end. We need people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in across the stack to get features shipped and iterated on as quickly as possible.
  • Planning the product roadmap based on customer feedback. Everything we do at Solve Intelligence is based on customer feedback. You’ll need to help us extract insights from customer meetings to determine what we need to build to find product-market fit as quickly as possible.
  • Assembling a world-class engineering team. You’ll partner with our founding team to build, scale, and set the culture of our engineering team.

🚀 Who you are

We are a young company of highly motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individuals building a billion-dollar business. Our fundamental motivation is to build a state-of-the-art AI product to assist humans in generating intellectual property and to have mass market adoption of our software.

To thrive this environment, you’ll be motivated to ship product fast - you prioritise speed, are always itching to move faster, and want to put things in the hands of customers to get critical feedback in days, not months. You’re passionate about mass adoption of AI - we’re at the beginning of an exponential curve, and we want to take the latest AI technology and build it into a useful product as quickly as possible.

You’re a driven individual with a strong work ethic - our team is committed to going the extra mile, even if it means working long nights and weekends to achieve our goals. You strive for excellence in every aspect of your work - you take ownership of your outcomes and overdeliver on your goals. You’re humble, eager to learn whatever it takes to help your team and customers succeed, and an optimist who thrives in a positive environment.
