Your new role

We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to provide operational support across a range of critical applications deployed on a common platform within a secure government environment. The role involves monitoring incident management queues, performing first‑line investigation, applying initial remediation, and contributing to the rollout of system enhancements and patches.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day support for a range of production IT services and critical applications.
Monitor incident management queues and respond in line with service expectations.
Perform initial technical triage and implement authorised remediation steps.
Assist technical teams with deployment of enhancements, configuration updates, and patches.
Produce high‑quality documentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Support continual service improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

SC Clearance Eligible (Based in UK for 5 year)
Logical, methodical problem‑solving approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including:
Word
Power Point
Excel
Teams
Share Point
One Drive
Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Background in supporting production IT services.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Remedy incident management system.

Experience with SharePoint On‑Premises configuration and support.
