We are seeking a Lead Blockchain Architect in the funds space. You'll help us deliver scalable and secure integration solutions in digital investments and play a pivotal role in ensuring STP data flow and system interoperability with our enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development, enterprise architecture, and integration challenges, with proven knowledge of tokenisation, blockchain, and emerging technologies.

As a Blockchain Architect, you’ll design and orchestrate the technical fabric that powers seamless data flow and interoperability across a multi-system, regulated environment. • Experience in multi-system solution design and program-level coordination.
• Ability to translate business objectives into high-level architectural blueprints and integration strategies.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation, and risk mitigation.
• Deep knowledge of NFRs (performance, reliability, security).
• Exposure to regulated environments and complex multi-system landscapes, with an awareness of regulatory frameworks for tokenised assets.
• Understanding of modern delivery practices (Dev Ops, CI/CD) at a conceptual level.
