Senior IT Project Manager​/Programme Manager

A leading organisation in the Bristol area requires a Senior IT Project Manager/Programme Manager to lead its growing delivery function!

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

• Track record of managing large, complex IT projects and programmes from start to finish.
• Experience leading multiple project teams, mentoring, and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with diverse teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Experience of all stages of testing.
  
  E.g. system, system integration, security, usability/accessibility, performance and user acceptance testing
• Knowledge and experience of different project and development methodologies, such as PRINCE 2 and Agile
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in both verbal and written communications
• Ability to plan and manage resources to meet agreed deadlines
• Excellent leadership & communication verbal/written skills, ability to motivate teams, influencing stakeholders.
• Experience of Cyber Essentials Plus and/or ISO
  27001 accreditation projects
