Solutions Architect

What you’ll do

• Lead scoping and solution design across the Iron Mountain Digital portfolio, providing technical recommendations, architectural diagrams, and SOW creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present solution overviews, perform demonstrations, and lead Pilot/Proof of Concept (POC) development and tracking.
• Ensure technical and financial accuracy by identifying customer challenges, sharing market intelligence, and maintaining proficiency in ROI modeling.

• Experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modeling, with a background in consultative pre‑sales processes.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Software for structured/unstructured data, Cloud SaaS platforms, and Content Services/Workflow management.
• Proven ability in data recognition technologies, including Machine Learning, AI, and ECM solutions (OCR, ICR).
• Relevant certifications from major hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Solutions Architect).
