Leidos, Inc. is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support) in Bristol, responsible for providing high-quality technical support as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests. This role involves diagnosing technical issues and ensuring timely resolutions while promoting strong relationships with stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, a solid IT literacy, and preferably hold an ITIL Foundation certification. Full training is provided.
