The Salesforce Administrator role is to manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for the Bupa Dental UK business, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption. The Administrator will work within an Agile process to configure solutions, support users, and implement process improvements that help the business achieve their targets throughout Bupa Dental UK.
Key Responsibilities Will Include- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and declarative automation
- Mastery of the tools needed to troubleshoot user issues and diagnose platform problems
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce configurations
- Subject‑matter expertise in user management, security, and data quality
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Configure complex Flows, validation rules, and process automation
- Manage user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views
- Perform data imports, exports and data quality maintenance
- Given a business requirement, configure an appropriate declarative solution
- Provide excellent support and training to end users
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures thoroughly
- Proactively identify opportunities for platform improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- User management and security configuration
- Flow Builder and Process Automation
- Reports and Dashboards
- Data management (Data Loader, import wizards)
- Validation rules and formula fields
- Change sets and deployment
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds
- App Exchange app evaluation and management
- Basic Apex understanding for troubleshooting
- Experience with Salesforce DX
- Healthcare or Dental industry experience
- Training delivery and documentation
