Overview
Permanent 3rd line IT Engineer for a charity based in north Bristol. Salary up to £38,000pa, dependent on experience. The role offers hybrid flexible working, typically two days on site.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of the IT infrastructure team, you will manage a secure, stable and available environment. You will act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers and be involved in a variety of project‑based IT work.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience in a similar 2nd or 3rd line IT support role with project‑based exposure.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at varying levels of IT knowledge.
- Experience with the Microsoft stack, including Entra , Azure, Exchange and Defender.
- Proficient with Windows Server technologies and Power Shell scripting.
- Basic networking and Mobile Device Management (MDM) knowledge desirable.
