The job:
As an Implementation Consultant – Payroll, you will report to a Team Leader and collaborate with all colleagues in the business. The purpose of this role is to configure our Intelli Pen suite of products for our clients, including solutions that support pension administration, multi-jurisdictional pensioner payrolls and payroll calculations. Troubleshoot payroll runs, resolve calculation discrepancies, and provide knowledge transfer and training to client implementation teams.
Here’swhat you’ll be doing:
- You are responsible for all aspects of configuring our “Intelli Pen” administration system to meet our clients’ requirements, including but not limited to the configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll processing, payroll calculations, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations.
- Meeting with clients to gather requirements.
- Communicating with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Customising software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
- Educating clients on how to use Intelli Pen and customised system features. Engaging with our training team when required.
- Experience in implementing software systems.
- Hands‑on experience configuring or developing pensions or financial services software, including pensioner payroll and payroll calculations.
- Adaptable and agile.
- Be a responsible and reliable professional, with a consultative approach.
- An understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.
- Confidence to adapt and learn new programmes and systems.
- Managing databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management.
- 25 days holiday (plus public holidays) increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 28 days, with carry over of up to 1 week.
