The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support Partner recruitment through the delivery and optimisation of our external websites and digital applications. This role sits at the heart of digital recruitment marketing, where you’ll manage CMS platforms, deliver engaging content, and support digital campaigns that attract future talent. You’ll play a key role in enhancing user experience, analysing website performance, and contributing to a data‑driven digital marketing strategy.

You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and updating recruitment websites and digital marketing collateral, including creating engaging content such as articles and videos.
  • Building and delivering email marketing campaigns and automation journeys using Pardot or Marketing Cloud, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Overseeing enquiry systems across recruitment websites to improve efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
  • Monitoring and analysing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Linked In, providing insights to inform strategy.
  • Tracking KPIs and aligning activity to brand and marketing objectives.
  • Maintaining and updating marketing materials and templates across internal platforms such as SharePoint and the Intranet.
  • Responding to digital marketing requests and delivering briefs in a timely manner.
  • Championing digital marketing best practices across stakeholders and teams.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, using data to drive decisions and continuously improving digital experiences. With strong technical knowledge and a passion for innovation, you’ll be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience using CMS platforms (ideally Drupal and/or Tridion) to manage and update websites.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and email marketing platforms such as Pardot or Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry or FCA regulatory environment.
  • Understanding of Salesforce and marketing automation capabilities.
