Marketing Analytics Manager – Specsavers, St. Andrew’s, England

Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term

Turn customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and shape marketing performance across the organization.

• Analyse customer, campaign and operational data from diverse sources including paid media, CRM activity, customer journeys and trading performance.
• Deliver clear recommendations to help teams understand what’s working, what’s not and where opportunities exist to improve performance.
• Build structured analytical approaches, reports, dashboards and meaningful measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing, Insight, CRM and Finance to translate complex data into straightforward, impactful outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders with evidence‑based recommendations and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in data analytics, data engineering or data visualisation.
• Strong SQL skills and a passion for solving problems with data.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structured analytical approaches.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Databricks, Python, hypothesis‑led analysis, experimentation or A/B testing is an advantage.

Up to £50,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
