We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing Solutions Engineering team. Working alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Analysts and Developers, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic technology initiatives that transform business operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong corporate background and proven experience delivering technology solutions within property management, real estate or complex environments. You’ll be instrumental in a major cloud transformation programme, helping to simplify and modernise a suite of business-critical applications.

You’ll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technology solutions while supporting projects from initial requirements through to testing, release and implementation.

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable experience supporting software migration or cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and solution design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA) or Agile qualifications.
• Experience with in the property, financial services or professional services sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
