The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension. You will own the CRM platform, drive adoption, and shape CRM strategy across Marketing, IT, Data and Business Development.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver data-led insights, dashboards and automated workflows, improving engagement, decision-making and ROI.
