Proactive Appointments Limited in Bristol is seeking a customer-focused First Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, log and prioritise incidents, and provide outstanding user support at the first point of contact. You’ll fix password issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and escalate more complex incidents to keep users productive and deliver a first-class helpdesk experience.
The role is paid at £190–£195 per day.
