Klipboard is seeking a Bristol-based IT First Line Support Technician to provide frontline user support, respond to calls, emails and portal requests, and work with escalation engineers on more complex issues.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months in IT support, good knowledge of Windows OS, and a full driving licence, with opportunity to develop through on-the-job training.
