Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions is seeking an IT Service Desk Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end operation of the Service Desk for staff and clients in Bristol. You will ensure high‑quality, consistent support, and incident, request, and problem management in line with SLAs and best practices.

Lead the service desk team, own the release management backlog, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with internal IT and client environments to deliver secure, reliable services.
