Your role
As the Data & AI Ops Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and operational management of the Service Now CMDB, data, and AI Ops capabilities. This leadership role is central to establishing a 'single source of truth' and driving operational intelligence across a complex, multi-domain telecommunications environment.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- CMDB & Data Governance, Platform Implementation
- AI Ops Enablement
- Integration & Enrichment, Operational Intelligence
- Leadership & Collaboration
Required Experience:
- Experience with Service Now CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Expertise in data governance, data quality management, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in implementing AIOps use cases such as event correlation, service impact analysis, and automated remediation.
- Ability to build operational dashboards, KPIs, reports, and service health views using tools like Service Now Performance Analytics.
- Experience in integrating data from a wide range of sources, including monitoring platforms, OSS systems, and cloud environments.
- Experience with other OSS/AIOps platforms (e.g., Netcracker, Elastic Search).
- Familiarity with graph databases, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience with data streaming and processing platforms (e.g., Kafka, Google Big Query)
Preferred
Certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Certifications in Data Governance, AI/ML, AIOps, or major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Observability platform certifications (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog).
