Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Active Directory, Windows Server and Power Platform.
- Solid experience managing third‑party vendors and service providers, with a track record of coordinating effective IT services and holding partners to account.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, firewalls, email security, backup, disaster recovery and identity and access management.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, take ownership of problems and see things through to resolution.
- Own the technical health of our Microsoft 365 estate, including Azure, Entra , Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Defender, by monitoring performance, managing alerts and driving proactive improvements.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for third‑party vendors and managed service providers, ensuring solutions are aligned to our business requirements and delivered to a high standard.
- Lead the response to major incidents, including root cause analysis, coordination of internal and external teams, and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and develop our identity and access management solutions, including SSO, MFA and automated provisioning, alongside our security, governance and compliance frameworks.
