Acumatica Pre-Sales​/Solution Architect | Acumatica Cloud Partner | Henley Morgan

About the role

A well-established Acumatica cloud ERP partner is looking for a Pre-Sales / Solution Architect to sit at the front line of new business, translating prospect requirements into compelling, credible Acumatica solutions. You will own the technical narrative through the sales cycle - scoping needs, shaping the solution design, and delivering tailored demonstrations that show mid-market clients exactly how Acumatica meets their goals across distribution, manufacturing, construction and professional services.

Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, run discovery workshops and turn business requirements into fit-for-purpose Acumatica solution designs. Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept and demo environments that resonate with each prospect. Respond to RFIs and RFPs, size implementations, and act as the trusted technical advisor from first meeting through to handover to delivery. Keep current with each Acumatica release - including the shift toward embedded intelligence in the 2026 line - so your solutions reflect the latest platform capabilities.

Proven experience in an Acumatica or comparable mid-market cloud ERP role, ideally with at least two years in a pre-sales, solution architecture or senior consulting capacity. Strong presentation and communication skills, the confidence to lead a room, and the ability to build and deliver persuasive demonstrations. Solid business-process understanding in operational environments such as distribution, manufacturing, construction or professional services. Experience with in an ERP VAR or technology services organisation is a real advantage.

A competitive base of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience, a pre-sales conversion bonus tied to won deals, and a genuine hybrid working pattern based around Bristol and the South West.
