Era4 is seeking multiple 24x7 NOC Engineers for its Operations Centre in Bristol. You will be the first point of technical response for infrastructure alerts, incidents, and service requests, ensuring customer-facing services remain stable and well-supported.
This role is not script-only; you will investigate using runbooks, perform basic Linux/network checks, keep tickets precise, and escalate when deeper expertise is needed.
