Senior Data Analyst - London (Hybrid) - up to £75k doe - + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing data team, working on business-critical reporting, data quality, and transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data and has strong experience across SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data modelling
. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve data processes, deliver insights, and support the ongoing development of a modern data platform.

• Developing and optimising SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
• Designing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Working with Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows, Pipelines, and data transformation processes.
• Supporting data integration and data quality initiatives across multiple business systems.
• Building and maintaining data models and warehouse structures.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical data solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve data capture, reporting, and governance processes.

• Advanced SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and database development.
• Commercial experience working with Microsoft Fabric including Pipelines, Dataflows, and modern data platforms.
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Experience working with data quality, data management, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with Azure technologies, Logic Apps, or Power Platform.
• Exposure to data governance or data remediation programmes.
• Experience with in a professional services or regulated environment.
