Support Services Technical Lead - Service Now
Salary up to £100K
I am recruiting on behalf of a Service Now Partner who are looking to add a Managed Services Technical Lead to their ever-increasing team. This role is a growth role, and they are looking for someone who can scope, design solutions and deliver.
You will be tasked with but not limited to:- Design and configuration of the platform and modules - ITSM, CSM, ITOM.
- Supporting day to day operation of the platform.
- Working with the current team to fulfill business requirements, whilst using your knowledge to push and promote improvements to generate and increase return on investment.
- Proven Service Now development experience.
- Experience working in a Domain Separated Platform
- Service Now certification would be advantageous:
System Administrator, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM. - ITIL v4 Foundation qualified would also be preferable.
