We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Capability team, supporting the delivery, operation and ongoing development of our sovereign operating environment.

Acting as the central coordination point across business, technology, security and operational teams, you will be responsible for managing projects, implementation activities, governance, financial management, procurement, resource planning and stakeholder engagement across a growing portfolio of work.

Working closely with senior leadership and technical specialists, you will help ensure services operate effectively, delivery objectives are achieved, risks are managed and strategic capability initiatives continue to scale in support of Defence, Government and other regulated-sector opportunities.

This role requires proven project management experience within complex organisational, digital or transformation programmes and a desire to contribute to a small, agile and fast-growing team focused on capability delivery and continual improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, work streams and implementation activities across our Digital Capability.
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
  • Support governance forums, steering groups and working groups, ensuring actions and decisions are tracked through to completion.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, technology, security, procurement and operational teams.
  • Support financial planning, budget tracking, forecasting and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, supplier engagement and contract-related actions where required.
  • Support capability asset management, resource planning and operational readiness activities.
  • Maintain project and programme reporting, dashboards and management information for leadership teams.
  • Support organisational change, communications and adoption activities associated with new services and capabilities.
  • Identify, manage and elevate risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, governance and operational delivery practices.
  • Coordinate delivery of capability roadmaps, operational improvements and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day operational management activities, ensuring risks, issues, actions and dependencies are effectively managed and escalated where required.
  • Experience delivering projects, programmes, digital transformation or business change initiatives within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies and programme controls.
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, forecasting and resource planning activities.
  • Experience supporting procurement processes, supplier management and commercial governance.
  • Demonstrable experience managing risks, issues, actions and dependencies across multiple work streams.
