Job Summary (List Format):
Senior Cloud Network SRE / Cloud Platform Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents in GCP/AWS production environments.
• Perform advanced network diagnostics using tools like tcpdump and packet captures.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, Network Overlays, and Network Segregation.
• Support and manage Kubernetes platforms (GKE/EKS) and related networking components.
• Drive platform reliability through automation, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Lead incident response, problem management, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues.
• Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and cloud-native observability solutions.
• Collaborate on reliability improvements and implement SRE best practices.
• (Preferred) Experience in the banking/financial services sector, Service Mesh (Istio), and relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
