We are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Consultant to execute a newly designed CRM and marketing technology architecture. You will own the technical configuration, integrations, data migration, and team handover through to launch.

We aim to consolidate our currently siloed data into a seamless customer journey using:

• Wix: Website CMS and initial lead capture.
• Mailchimp: GDPR-compliant forms, consent tracking, and nurture journeys.
• Pipedrive: Central CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Outfunnel: Marketing activity sync and automated lead scoring between Mailchimp and Pipedrive.
• Scoro & Score App: Opportunity management, revenue tracking, and project delivery.
• Zapier: Integration layer connecting Scoro, Score App, and other non-native workflows.
• Architecture Validation: Review the proposed setup and recommend optimizations.
• Configuration & Integration: Fully set up Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Outfunnel, and custom Zapier automations.
• Data & Automation: Migrate legacy data, build nurture journeys, and configure lead scoring.
• Launch & Handover: Conduct thorough QA, provide technical documentation, and deliver team training.

• Establish a single, reliable source of customer truth.
• Automate lead nurturing and instantly surface sales-ready prospects.
• Drastically reduce manual admin with a scalable, connected ecosystem.
