IRIS Software Group is seeking a Global Director of Customer Solutions to lead three critical customer-facing functions globally:
Pre-Sales / Solutions, Bid Management and SME Specialist teams. This senior leadership role directly influences how we win, grow and retain major customers across 135 countries.
You will be responsible for aligning Customer Solutions with revenue growth, win rates and deal sizes while scaling the function globally in a hands-on leadership capacity.
