IT Infrastructure Platforms Technical Lead

We are recruiting an IT Infrastructure & Platforms Technical Lead (Microsoft stack) for a specialist infrastructure and asset management organisation that operates across the UK. What you'll be doing

• Own the technical health of the organisation's Microsoft 365 estate - including Azure, Entra , Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Defender - monitoring performance, managing alerts and driving proactive improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for third-party vendors and managed service providers, ensuring solutions are aligned to business requirements and delivered to a high standard.
• Lead the response to major incidents, carrying out root cause analysis, coordinating internal and external teams, and putting in place measures to prevent recurrence.
