What youll do

Youll play a key role in keeping delivery focused coordinated and moving at pace across a varied mix of infrastructure application and operational priorities.

In this role youll:

• Act as the central point of coordination for the Core Infrastructure and Applications team balancing project delivery alongside day-to-day operational priorities.
• Build and maintain delivery plans ensuring workloads are realistic resources are effectively utilised and priorities remain aligned to business needs.
• Facilitate team stand-ups planning sessions and regular delivery reviews to keep work visible organised and progressing.
• Maintain oversight of team activity through Azure Dev Ops and other delivery tools providing clear reporting on progress risks and capacity.
• Provide technical oversight across infrastructure and application changes ensuring work is reviewed and aligned to agreed standards before implementation.
• Support colleagues with troubleshooting problem-solving and technical decision-making when required.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to understand priorities manage expectations and communicate progress.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers helping the team deliver project milestones and operational commitments successfully.
• Monitor team capacity dependencies and delivery risks ensuring issues are escalated and addressed at the right time.
• Foster a positive collaborative and high-performing culture where communication teamwork and continuous improvement are encouraged.

• Proven experience in delivery management project coordination or operational leadership within a technology or IT environment.
• A strong technical background in infrastructure applications or technology operations with the ability to understand technical challenges and guide discussions with confidence.
• Experience overseeing technical delivery managing competing priorities and balancing project and operational workloads.
• The ability to review challenge and validate technical solutions changes or implementation plans.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with experience managing workload resource allocation and delivery schedules.
• Experience using delivery management tools such as Azure Dev Ops Jira or similar platforms.
