** an experienced AC Service Engineer
** to join our growing Helpdesk Team.

Your hands-on fault finding expertise will help you transition to our
** fully office based technical helpdesk
** environment.

* Working in a busy technical office environment, you’ll be able to refer to and interpret electrical schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams, to guide the customer on the fault investigation and come to a
** conclusive diagnosis**.

* About You:

*** Demonstrating a wealth of
** hands-on experience**, you’ll be fully versed in promptly resolving (install/service) technical issues on
** splits, VRVs, chillers and/or heat pumps**.
* A confident communicator who enjoys assisting customers and fellow engineers with fault diagnosis through clear and concise knowledge sharing.
* A proactive, self-starter demonstrating a can-do attitude.
* Comfortable in supporting and educating customers over the phone, via Teams and by email while working within our technical office environment.
