1st/2nd Line IT Support Up to £31,000 | Central Bristol

I'm recruiting for an 1st/2nd Line IT Support professional to join a well-established organisation with a multi-site UK presence. This is a varied position offering a blend of 1st/2nd line support, systems administration, infrastructure exposure, and project work, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their technical skills within a collaborative environment.

You'll be supporting users across the business while also contributing to technology improvements and IT projects.

Responsibilities include:

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.
Build, deploy and support laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows and other business-critical applications.
Assist with the maintenance of server and network infrastructure.
Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets.
Support technology rollouts, upgrades and improvement projects.
Work closely with users to deliver a high level of customer service.

The Right Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience within an IT Support, Service Desk or similar technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking issues.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive and organised approach to problem solving.
The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience working within ITIL or structured support environments would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
