Role
Summary:
This position suits an experienced Corporate Account Executive who’s ready to build and shape their own client portfolio. You’ll have the platform, reputation, and infrastructure of a leading brokerage - but with the freedom to bring and develop your own book of business, supported by dedicated handlers and a regional claims team. The role focuses on large commercial and corporate clients, typically generating £20,000+ in income per case, and offers a clear path for long-term growth and earning potential.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of large commercial and corporate clients, typically £20k+ income per client
- Bring across existing client relationships where appropriate and continue to grow the portfolio through targeted business development
- Deliver exceptional service through regular client meetings, renewals, and strategic account management
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive, best-in-market terms and coverage
- Collaborate with account handlers, claims, and regional leadership to ensure clients receive outstanding support
- Maintain full compliance with internal processes and contribute to team best practices
- Established Corporate Account Executive with experience managing large commercial clients
- Demonstrable track record of generating and retaining income - ideally with some transferable client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple lines of commercial insurance
- Self-driven, commercially astute, and confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Collaborative, professional, and aligned with a client-first culture
