Commercial Account Handler

The Role As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients. Working closely with Account Executives, you will help deliver a high standard of client care while ensuring efficient administration across the account lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Servicing and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Supporting new business broking and re-broking exercises Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and general policy administration Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries and policy amendments Providing technical support and acting as a referral point for junior colleagues Key Skills and Experience Strong commercial insurance knowledge, with experience across SME or corporate clients preferred
