Technical Claims Handler Were recruiting a Technical Claims Handler for a growing team managing professional indemnity claims. If youve got claims experience and want to take on more responsibility while building a long-term career in PI, this could be the role for you. Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, a 35 hour working week, with a hybrid arrangement of 2 days expected in the Bristol office.

What Youll Do :
Run a varied, technical caseload, investigating claims and negotiating settlements within delegated authority. Advise and support insured clients and brokers, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes. Manage panel solicitors and claims outside delegated authority with accuracy and commercial sense. Maintain detailed records, report to insurers, and help drive continuous improvement. Share knowledge and support team development through training and guidance.
