Insurance Advisor

Insurance Advisor VANRATH are delighted to be working with a well-established, independent insurance broker who are looking to add an Insurance Advisor to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in broking who enjoys helping customers and wants to join a friendly, busy office with real support for training and development.

The role:

Handle incoming calls and emails from new and existing policyholders Manage policy renewals and mid-term adjustments Prepare and issue policy documents in a timely manner Find the right cover for each customer by understanding their needs and explaining options clearly Build lasting relationships with clients and help keep them coming back What you'll bring:
At least 2 years' experience working within an insurance broker (personal lines ideal) A confident, friendly phone manner and a real focus on good customer outcomes Strong admin skills and comfort working with Microsoft Office and online systems GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths CII qualifications are a bonus.
