Underwriting new and existing Motor Trade Combined business. Developing and managing broker relationships across the region. Supporting portfolio growth through effective trading and retention activity. Taking ownership of complex underwriting cases and negotiations. Acting as a technical referral point for colleagues. Using market and broker insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities. The successful candidate for the Senior Motor Trade Underwriter will have:
Experience underwriting and trading Motor Trade Combined business. Knowledge of the broker market and regional trading environment. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Sound underwriting judgement and technical expertise. Communication skills with the ability to influence brokers and stakeholders. Dip CII, or progress towards, would be advantageous. As a Senior Motor Trade Underwriter you will get:
Annual salary circa £66k for the right candidate. Annual bonus and pay review. Company Pension, Private Health benefits.
