Broker Strategy Manager

Broker Strategy Manager We are looking for an experienced Broker Manager to join a global insurance business in a strategic role focused on broker distribution strategy, governance and market insight. This is not a traditional broker relationship or business development role. Instead, you will help shape the global broker distribution framework, using data and market intelligence to support senior-level decision-making.

The Role
* Own the global broker segmentation and distribution governance framework.
* Develop broker performance dashboards, metrics and management information.
* Analyse broker portfolios, market share, capacity deployment and distribution trends.
* Lead broker strategy reviews and governance forums.
* Develop broker engagement policies and guidance for regional teams.
* Coordinate global distribution initiatives across multiple markets.
* Monitor competitor activity and emerging distribution trends.
* Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
* Support regulatory, risk and conduct requirements relating to distribution. About You You will have strong experience within the insurance industry, with a good understanding of the broker market and insurance distribution. Ideally, your background will include:
* Distribution strategy, portfolio management, market analytics, operations or governance.
* Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
* Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* A good understanding of broker distribution and insurance market dynamics.
* Experience working across multiple teams, regions or international markets.
* Strong Power BI, Excel and reporting skills.
