Corporate Tax​/Real Estate Tax lawyer PQE

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Tax lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE (with both Corporate Tax and Real Estate Tax experience) to join this well-regarded law firm in Bristol. The team takes an analytical yet commercial approach, supporting all types of corporate transactions as well as VAT, Stamp Duty and SDLT planning and they have both tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors providing practical, pragmatic advice on all situations;

from owner-managed business, private equity and unit trusts to properties and funds. These may include exit strategies and offshore structuring, groups of companies, employment tax and remuneration planning (including redundancy).

They are now looking to recruit and the successful candidate will ideally have a strong background advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and restructuring, as well as SDLT, VAT and employment taxes.
