The company is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor at a Senior or Managing Associate level. Senior Employment Solicitor

Location:

Bristol, Exeter or Southampton (Hybrid)
Working Pattern:
Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Salary: £70,000 to £95,000

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including tribunal claims, strategic advisory matters, transactional support, and employee relations advice.
Work closely with clients across the firm’s core sectors, providing pragmatic, commercially driven solutions.
Lead business development initiatives, nurturing existing client relationships and securing new opportunities.

About you:

7+ years of PQE in Employment law as a Solicitor (registered to practice in England and Wales).
A strong record across advisory, corporate support, and litigation
Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships, particularly within key sectors such as retail & consumer, developer, and energy & infrastructure.
