The firm operates an annual bonus tied to team performance. Last year, every member of staff received a bonus. NQs took home between 31% and 36% of their base salary on average, with the highest bonuses reaching even higher than this.

On top of that, the working week is 35 hours with hybrid flexibility, three days in the office, two from home. You are also on a 9‑day fortnight, which is managed via rota to ensure office coverage.

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ+) with residential conveyancing experience, comfortable managing your own files and confident communicating directly with clients, agents and lenders.
