An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer (5+ years PQE/equivalent experience) to join the firm’s expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Berkshire
.

You will handle your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. The work will cover sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. In addition, you will support colleagues, contribute to business development, and play a key role in growing the department’s profile across Berkshire and the wider South East.

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Advising on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and related matters.
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.
• Supporting junior colleagues and sharing technical expertise.
• Engaging in business development and networking to strengthen the team’s presence across Berkshire.

• Qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of residential property matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Confident in working independently, proactive, and commercially minded.
