A progressive UK law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join its Energy, Projects, Infrastructure & Construction (EPIC) team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile construction and infrastructure transactions that shape communities and drive progress across the UK. You'll collaborate with clients and colleagues across sectors including renewable energy, development, Islamic finance, and retail.

• Advising developers, investors, contractors, consultants, and funders on complex projects
• Drafting and adapting standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) for bespoke use
• Supporting large-scale development and infrastructure transactions
• Identifying risks and delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions
• Collaborating across Real Estate, Finance, and Corporate teams for integrated advice
• Developing a niche in one of the firm's key sectors

• 3+ years' PQE in transactional construction law (contentious experience welcome but not required)
• Ability to lead complex projects and transactions independently (depending on experience level)
• Strong motivation and interest in diverse work streams
• Proven ability to build client relationships and industry networks
