TSR Legal are currently working with a well-regarded multi-office law firm based in Cardiff, which are looking to recruit a Senior Associate for the Restructuring & Insolvency team. Our client's Restructuring and Insolvency team spans 2 offices, and is renowned for their expertise in complex legal matters. Our client works across a wide range of sectors including the public sector, leisure, retail, and real estate across the United Kingdom.

Our clients restructuring and insolvency team acts on behalf of a variety of clients including, lenders, insolvency practitioners, company directors, and creditors handling a mixture of restructuring, contentious, and non-contentious matters. As a Senior Solicitor within the Restructuring & Insolvency team, you will be responsible for handling restructuring and corporate/personal insolvency matters, including debt restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and related litigation matters.

To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate who is a Senior Solicitor, and would ideally suit an individual with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, excellent drafting skills, and a willingness to develop and teach more junior members of the team.
